Summary:[Problem to be Solved]To provide a wireless communication device that is able to achieve the two protocols of a connection-oriented protocol and a connectionless protocol without implementing the two protocols.[Solution]There is provided a wireless communication device including: an acquisition section that wirelessly acquires information from a communication partner; and a communication controller that performs control to execute a data exchange procedure subsequently to a connection establishment procedure, and execute wireless data exchange with the communication partner. The communication controller performs control to include, on the basis of the information acquired by the acquisition section, requested data in a frame to be wirelessly transmitted in the connection establishment procedure.
