Summary:The present invention provides a remote controllable switch which can be turned on or off manually and remotely. The remote controllable switch comprises a member configured to be positioned in a first position, wherein the remote controllable switch is in a first state, or a second position, wherein the remote controllable switch is in a second state. The remote controllable switch comprises an actuator unit configured to move the member and whilst the actuator unit is stationary, lost motion between the member and the actuator unit permits manual operation of the member. Additionally or alternatively, the remote controllable switch comprises a force limiter, configured to allow manual operation of the member at the same time as operation of the actuator unit without damaging the actuator unit.
