Summary:A heat-retaining pot set (1), which is an example of a cooking appliance, includes a heat-retaining pot (2) and a pot stand (3). The heat-retaining pot (2) has a vacuum insulation structure and can keep the contents warm. The heat-retaining pot (2) according to the present embodiment can also be directly heated by a heating means such as a direct fire or an electromagnetic cooker. The pot stand (3) includes a concave portion (51) provided in the center of the opposing surface with the heat-retaining pot (2), and a contact portion (52) disposed around the concave portion (51). When the heat-retaining pot (2) is placed on the pot stand (3), the outer peripheral portion (32a) located at the lower end of the side surface portion (11) of the heat-retaining pot (2) contacts the contact portion (52) of the pot stand (3).
