Summary:Absorbent articles (10) comprising a topsheet (36), a backsheet (38), and an absorbent core (40), a first waist region (16), a second waist region (18), a crotch region (20) extending intermediate the first waist region and the second waist region, and an outer cover material (58) joined to the backsheet, leg cuffs (26) and a first fully removable fastening member (100) and a second fully removable fastening member. The adjustable waist circumference, using at least one of the first and second fully removable fastening members, is configured to fit a wearer waist or hip circumference in a range of about 70 mm to about 300 mm, and wherein a ratio of a width of the first fully removable fastening member to a total width of the absorbent article is in the range of about 0.60 to about 1.0.
