Summary: | According to some embodiments of the present invention there is provided a method for identifying content type of a falling drop of liquid by analyzing light radiation reception, comprising: projecting light radiation from a light emitting device in one or more collimated beams to a restricted horizontal planar area, wherein said collimated beams span a width that exceeds a width of a vertical cross section of a center axis of a drop falling between said light emitting device and a radiation sensor when said drop interferes with said radiation; capturing at least one image said drop by measuring said radiation using said radiation sensor when said radiation is partially interfered with by said drop; and identifying, according to an analysis of at least a portion of said at least one image, one of a plurality of different content types as a liquid type of content of said drop; and controlling a liquid delivering device according to said liquid type of content. |
