Summary:The present invention provides an eyewear lens which has a resin film having excellent solvent resistance and excellent self-healing properties. An eyewear lens according to the present invention comprises a lens substrate and a resin film that is arranged on at least one of the object-side surface and the eyeball-side surface of the lens substrate; the resin film is formed using a composition that contains a polyol, a polyisocyanate and an epoxy compound; the polyol contains a polyacrylic polyol; and the ratio of the number of moles of hydroxyl groups in the polyacrylic polyol to the number of moles of all hydroxyl groups in the polyol is 50% or more.
