Summary:The invention relates to a device (1) for heat transfer between a first fluid and a second fluid. The device (1) comprises an assembly (2) of tube elements (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) for conducting the fluid, which are in each instance developed with a first, nondeformed region (15a, 15b, 15c, 15d) and at least with a second, deformed region (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d), disposed at an end of the tube element (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d), with at least one tube plate (5, 5a, 5b) with passage apertures (6, 6a, 6b) as well as at least one sealing element (7, 7a, 7b) with passage apertures (8, 8a, 8b). The sealing element (7, 7a, 7b) is in each instance disposed between an outer surface of the second region (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) of a tube element (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) and an edge of a rim of the passage aperture (6, 6a, 6b) of the tube plate (5, 5a, 5b). The tube elements (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) are developed in each instance as flat tubes with flow channels for conducting the first fluid. The flow channels are herein separated from one another by at least one internal structure element. The flat tubes are developed of a metal. The cross section of the tube elements (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) is flared in the second region (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) in a plane oriented perpendicularly to a longitudinal direction (x).The invention relates furthermore to a system and a method for the manufacture of the device (1).
