Summary: | The present invention relates to a polymer for surface functionalization, comprising a recurring unit of Formula (IV):wherein: each R1cand R2cis independently selected from hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl or optionally substituted phenyl; R3cis selected from hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted phenyl, or optionally substituted C7-14aralkyl; Ar is selected from an optionally substituted C6-10aryl or an optionally substituted 5 or 6 membered heteroaryl; RAis optionally substituted tetrazine; and L3is selected from a single bond, an optionally substituted alkylene linker or an optionally substituted heteroalkylene linker.
