Summary:The present disclosure provides a lightweight, portable and detachable dispenser for reeled products such as tape, wrapping paper, aluminum foils and likes. The dispenser comprises a base portion that is lodged in the inner circumference part of roll and provides an anchoring support to the dispenser, and a top portion that lies over and above the outer circumference of the roll to allow the free end of the reeled product to pass through it and rest on a raised area to which a cutting means is attached. Top portion and the cutting means enable dispenser to be used in two different modes wherein in first mode the reeled product is cut from top side and in the second mode it is cut from bottom side. Thus, the disclosed dispenser allows universal application and improves efficiency of dispensing.
