Summary:According to the present invention, a prepreg sheet, on which a protective sheet is attached, is placed on a placement table so as to partially protrude. Here, the angle between an end portion side direction of an end portion, of the placement table, at which protrusion occurs, and a fiber direction of the prepreg sheet is formed sufficiently large. A physical impact is applied to a protruding portion in a direction in which a fiber of the prepreg sheet is to be bent, and the protective sheet is partially peeled from the prepreg sheet. A portion, of the protective sheet, which has been peeled from the prepreg sheet is gripped, and the protective sheet is then peeled from the entire surface of the prepreg sheet. Provided are: a method for peeling the protective sheet from the prepreg sheet more efficiently without damaging the prepreg sheet; and a peeling device used therefor.
