A light source package, a backlight unit, and a display device are provided. A light source package includes: a frame which has a plurality of first grooves spaced apart from each other; a plurality of light sources disposed in the plurality of first grooves, respectively; a plurality of first diffuser layers which fills the plurality of first grooves, respectively, so as to cover the plurality of light sources; and a second diffuser layer which covers the plurality of first diffuser layers on the plurality of first grooves, in which an uppermost end of the frame is higher than an upper surface of the second diffuser layer. Therefore, the first diffuser layer and the second diffuser layer of the light source package convert light from the plurality of light sources into surface shaped light, thereby reducing an air gap.
