Summary:Problem addressed: In order to achieve a cost-effective design of the core assembly, a deep-drawn tube should be used for media separation instead of a pole tube, however said deep-drawn tube should only be welded to the solenoid coil and not additionally to another component. To achieve this, a novel fastening of the solenoid coil to the core assembly is used for this application. Solution: When the electromagnet is assembled, once a lock (21) is engaged or a clamping device (15) is tightened, the solenoid coil (3) is non-displaceably and rotationally fixed on the core assembly (2) in a respective pre-defined position and once the lock (21) or the clamping device (15) is released, the solenoid coil (3) rests loosely on the core assembly. Field of application: Actuation of control valves or proportional pressure-regulating valves in hydraulic controls for self-propelled working machines and also in stationary hydraulic controls.
