Summary:The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an implant for implantation into a human body, the method including the steps of: preparing a mold having an inner space part so as to have an inner shape corresponding to a defective portion in a human body; injecting silicone foam into the space part of the mold; curing the silicone foam while applying pressure to same; and removing the mold. According to the method, the silicone foam is injected into the space part of the mold, and then a negative pressure or a positive pressure is applied to form bubbles in the silicone foam. When the mixing ratio between the silicone foam and a hardener, the curing conditions, the magnitude of the negative pressure or the positive pressure, the time during which the negative pressure or positive pressure is applied, the depressurization start time or pressurization start time, and the like are adjusted, characteristics such as weight, elasticity, texture, hardness, and elongation can be easily adjusted while changing the foam structure of the silicone foam. Thus, an implant may be manufactured according to the function of the implant and the position in the human body to which the implant is to be applied.
