Summary:The invention relates to an arrangement comprising an apparatus which carries out actions, an input device (5) which can be used by a user (6) to operate the apparatus so that the latter carries out the actions, and an approver (8) which can be operated by the user (6) in order to activate the apparatus to carry out the actions input by means of the input device (5). A control unit (4) captures the simultaneous operation of the input device (5) and of the approver (8) by the same user (6) by means of at least one monitoring signal (9). The invention also relates to a method for monitoring the safety of an arrangement comprising an apparatus which carries out actions, an input device (5) which interacts with the apparatus, a user (6) operating the input device (5), an approver (8) to be actuated by the user, and a control unit (4) which is connected to the apparatus or to the input device (5) and to the approver (8) by means of signalling.
