Summary:The invention relates to an inkjet printing apparatus for inkjet printing. The inkjet printing apparatus comprises a printing beam and a cleaning belt for wiping the printing beam. A mechanism for generating wiping movement (W) is arranged between the printing beam and the cleaning belt. The wiping movement comprises a first component (x) and a second component (y), which is perpendicular to the first component (x). The wiping movement is multi-dimensional and has an extended cycloid. Through the technical scheme mentioned above, the nozzle surface of the printing beam can be radically cleaned.
