Summary:A cell information transmission method and an apparatus are provided for use in a wireless communication system. A cell information transmission method performed by a base station in a wireless communication system according to the present disclosure includes transmitting, to at least one terminal, a first message including a system information block, the system information block including a neighbor cell list, determining whether a transmission of cell information for a terminal of the at least one terminal is required based on a predetermined rule, and transmitting, to the terminal, a second message including the cell information based on the neighbor cell list via a physical downlink control channel, PDCCH, in case that the transmission of the cell information for the terminal is required.
