Summary:In a rolling assembly comprising a tyre (P), an adapter (A) provides the connection between one of the beads (B) and the rim (J) of the rolling assembly, the adapter (A) comprising: a substantially axial body (11) comprising at least one main reinforcement (17) comprising one first (18) and one second (19) reinforcing ply each comprising reinforcers coated in elastomer composition referred to as skim rubber (31); a layer (30) of elastomer composition in a colour other than black, also referred to as coloured rubber, positioned as desired-in place of the skim rubber (31) with which the reinforcers of each ply are coated, or in place of the skim rubber (31) with which the reinforcers are coated and placed only on the exterior periphery of the reinforcing plies, or on the outside of the skim rubber (31).
