A cosmetic including aliphatic polyester-based resin particles, wherein the aliphatic polyester-based resin particles have a volume-average particle diameter of 2 to 30 µm, and a ratio of particles having a particle diameter of less than 1 µm is 15% by volume or less and a ratio of particles having a particle diameter of more than 30 µm is 6% by volume or less, is provided.
