Summary:An input-side transmission line (2) transmitting an input signal; an output-side transmission line (3) transmitting an output signal; a plurality of transistors (5) amplifying the input signal transmitted by the input-side transmission line (2) and outputting the output signal which is the input signal after the amplifying; and an LC resonator (6) connected between an output terminal (5a) of a transistor being one of the plurality of transistors (5) and the output-side transmission line (3), the LC resonator (6) having a resonance frequency higher than an operation frequency of the transistor (5) are provided. Due to such a configuration, an output power and a power consumption can be reduced.
