Summary:The invention relates to an assembly for measuring the flow rate of patient during mechanical ventilation, for use with a ventilator, the respiratory flow rate of a ventilated patient being measured using the assembly according to a differential pressure method. The assembly comprises a Y-shaped piece (1) designed as a disposable article, in which two pneumatic resistance elements (12) are integrated, and an electronics module (2) having differential pressure sensors (8) and a pressure sensor (9) for the respiratory pressure. The Y-shaped piece (1) and the electronics module (2) are releasably connected to one another.
