Summary:A vane wheel includes a shaft (12) and an impeller. The shaft (12) is disposed along a center axis (C) and is circular in plan view from an axial direction. The impeller includes an impeller cylinder portion to which one end portion of the shaft (12) in the axial direction is fixed. The impeller cylinder portion includes a plurality of first portions and second portions on an inner circumferential surface of the impeller cylinder portion. The first portions are disposed with an interval in a circumferential direction, and are in contact with the shaft (12) and fix the shaft (12). The second portions face the shaft (12) with an interval in a radial direction, and each of the second portions is positioned between two of the first portions which are adjacent in the circumferential direction.
