Summary:The present invention provides N-[1-(1-Cyclohexyl-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-sulfonyl)-4-phenyl-piperidin-4-ylmethyl]-N-isobutyl-4-{[(piperidin-4-ylmethyl)-amino]-methyl}-benzenesulfonamide and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds may be useful in the treatment of diseases such as Alzheimer's disease or renal failure. The present invention further relates to methods for the preparation of compounds of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, and the use of such compounds and/or pharmaceutical compositions in treating certain diseases.
