The invention relates to a tool changing device (14) for a press brake (2). Said tool changing device (14) comprising a tool carrier (16) comprising a receiving recess (18) for receiving bending tools (6), said bending tools (6) being moved between the tool carrier (16) and a tool receiving element (5) embodied in a press beam (4, 7) of the press brake (2), a manipulation device (19) for manipulating the tool carrier (16) between a tool changing position (20), in which the tool carrier (16) is arranged close to the tool receiving element (5) in order to be able move the bending tool (6) from the tool carrier (16) in the tool receiving element (5), and a tool fitting position (21) in which the tool carrier (16) is arranged in the region of a tool magazine (15) for fitting with bending tools (6). The manipulation device (19) comprises a first manipulation arm (24) and a second manipulation arm (25), wherein a first coupling device (26) is provided on the first manipulation arm (24) and a second coupling device (27) is provided on the second manipulation arm (25) for receiving the tool carrier (16).
