Summary: | The present invention relates to a patient interface for sealed delivery of a flow of air at a therapeutic pressure of at least 4 cmH2O with respect to ambient air pressure throughout the patient's respiratory cycle in use. The patient interface comprises a cushion assembly with a plenum chamber, a seal-forming structure and a positioning and stabilising structure. The positioning and stabilising structure comprises two gas delivery tubes, wherein each of the two gas delivery tubes comprises a tab projecting in a generally posterior direction relative to the patient's head in use, and a concertina portion configured to allow adjustment of a length of each of the two gas delivery tubes to fit different size heads, wherein the concertina portion is positioned on each of the two gas delivery tubes between a corresponding first end and a connection port. |
