The present invention relates to a control valve device (1) for an electric parking brake device (20) of a vehicle, in particular of a commercial vehicle, wherein the control valve device (1) comprises a first working connector (2), a second working connector (3), a third working connector (4), a housing (5), a housing chamber (6), a cylinder chamber (7), a switching piston (8) which is guided in the cylinder chamber of the housing, and a spring (9), by means of which the switching piston (8) is spring-loaded, wherein the housing chamber (6) is connected to the third working connector (4), wherein, furthermore, the control valve device (1) has a pressure chamber (10) which is split in two and to the first part region (10A) of which the first working connector (2) is connected and to the second part region (10B) of which the second working connector (3) is connected, wherein, in a first switching state of the control valve device (1), the first part region (10A) of the pressure chamber (10) which is split in two is separated from the second part region (10B) and from the housing chamber (6), in particular in a fluid-tight manner, and wherein, in a second switching state, the first part region (10A) of the pressure chamber (10) which is split in two is connected to the second part region (10B) and the housing chamber (6). Furthermore, the present invention relates to an electric parking brake device (20) for a pneumatic brake system of a vehicle, in particular a commercial vehicle, having a control valve device (1).
