Summary:A tool basic module for stand-alone use includes a drive unit, a main output, and a coupling device that has a mechanical interface for establishing a mechanical drive connection between at least one attachment device and the main output. The coupling device includes an electrical interface which transmits a low power and/or a low current, and is provided to establish an electrical connection, coupled to the mechanical drive connection, between the at least one attachment device and the main output.
