Summary:A walker (100, 2000) provides support for first and second upper extremities of an associated user. The walker comprises: a frame (100), at least first and second wheels (330, 2010) operatively secured to and supporting the frame (100) for selective rolling movement; and first and second upper extremity support assemblies (2036/2050, 1310, 2030) for supporting first and second upper extremities of the associated user. The first and second upper extremity support assemblies (2036/2050, 1310, 2030) are mounted for straight or curved path movement forwardly/rearwardly relative to the respective first and second sides of the frame to enable forward/rearward movement of the upper extremities of the associated user. The walker also includes a body engaging member (1100) operatively associated with the frame (100) to enable the walker to be advanced via bodily contact.
