Summary:The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for adaptively managing caches. The present invention has an advantage of increasing a data processing speed in a case where data of an input/output device is directly transmitted to a cache and processed in a processor to increase the data processing speed, but if data from several input/output devices are simultaneously processed, or if there are applications being operated, the cache having a limit in a storage capacity needs to be divided and used, thereby reducing the processing speed. As such, to solve the problem above, the present invention discloses a method and apparatus for determining whether to transmit data to a cache to be then processed, or whether to transmit the data to memory to be then processed, by calculating priorities of each data based on network condition-related information, device condition-related information, and input/output device condition-related information.
