Summary: | A skin care composition is provided that has an oil phase mixture and a water phase. The oil phase mixture has from about 5% to about 30% by weight of the composition, of a wax material and optionally from about 1% to about 20% by weight of the composition, of an oil that is liquid at room temperature. The oil phase mixture has a melting point of about 25° C. to about 50° C. The water phase has from about 0.1% to about 5%, by weight of the composition, of a superabsorbent polymer and from about 20% to about 85% by weight of the composition of water. The composition also has from about 6% to about 30%, by weight of the composition, of particulate material selected from the group consisting of starch particles, silicone elastomer particles and combinations thereof. |
