Summary:Operating information (a pilot pressure, a pump pressure, a hydraulic oil temperature, an engine rotational speed, an hour meter and the like) of a hydraulic excavator 1 and use environment information (operator information) of the hydraulic excavator 1 are transmitted to a center server 32 together with body information (for example, a model, a type, a type number, an identification number and the like) from the hydraulic excavator 1. For example, when a hydraulic hose as a replaceable component of the hydraulic excavator 1 is replaced, the replaceable component information (a replaceable component name and a replacement date) is transmitted to the center server 32 from a computer 47 for maintenance. The center server 32 predicts a replacement time of the replaceable component (hydraulic hose) using the use environment information of the hydraulic excavator 1 in addition to the operating information and the replaceable component information of the hydraulic excavator 1.
