Summary:A wearable electrode includes: a garment (10) including an outer member (11) and a backing member (12) configured to cover at least a part of an inner surface of the outer member (11); and an electrode unit (20) configured to come into contact with a living body (P) clothed in the garment (10) to acquire a biological signal emitted by the living body (P) and attached to an opposite side of the backing member (12) from the outer member (11), and a core wire (40) which can be inserted into an accommodation section (27) formed in the electrode unit (20). The outer member (11) and the backing member (12) are connected to a part (15) other than a part of the backing member (12), to which the electrode unit (20) is attached.
