Additionally, the hair care composition has a liquid phase viscosity of from about 1 centipoise to about 500 centipoise. The hair care composition can be dispensed as a dosage of foam; applying the foam to the hair; and rinsing the foam from the hair. The foam has a density of from about 0.025 g/cm3 to about 0.15 g/cm3 when dispensed from the aerosol foam dispenser.
