A microfluidic device may include: a body including a chamber in which a sample is received, the body being rotatable so that the sample received in the chamber is moved due to a centrifugal force; an insertion part arranged at a center of rotation of the body and including at least a part that is recessed so that a driver for rotating the body is coupled to the insertion part; and a sample injection part including at least a part that extends from the insertion part toward the chamber to be inclined with respect to a rotational axis of the body, the sample injection part allowing a part of a sample injection instrument for injecting the sample into the chamber to be inserted into the sample injection part.
