The system includes a service bus (120) that receives and distributes the non-conformance condition and an optimizing tool (132) that generates repair alternatives. The optimizing tool allows dynamic reconfiguration of rules (302, 360) to activate and deactivate or change a weight of individual rules (303-310) in a rule set (302, 360).
