Summary:The insert (1) has a support (6) for fastening at a body (2) comprising a rotor, and a carrier (4) releasably arranged at a bottom part (10). The carrier comprises a base surface for retaining a sample retainer. The carrier is connected with the body over a fastener (14) releasably without utilizing a tool. A snatching hook (16) i.e. lug, is arranged at the carrier and engaged with a corresponding recess of the body. The recess is formed as a through-hole (18). A supporting structure is arranged in a cavity for supporting the base surface opposite to the bottom part.
