Summary:The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly safe and highly effective pharmaceutical composition and the like for the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition with which it is possible to effectively repair damaged lung tissue by including a cell culture supernatant fluid derived from lung tissue. The present invention also provides a method and a kit for using said culture supernatant fluid to induce differentiation into lung surfactant protein positive cells.
