Summary:The clutch bearing device comprises a bearing 10 including an inner ring 16 and an outer ring 18, and an operating element 14 comprising a rear plate 26 provided with a flange 26a and with at least one centring lug 26c extending axially from said flange on the side opposite to the bearing. The operating element further comprises a spring 30 provided with a main body 50 and with at least one centring part 52 extending from said body, located partly above an outer abutment surface 42 of the centring lug 26c and having an end portion 52d axially facing a rear abutment surface 34 of said flange 26a. The rear plate 26 further comprises at least one protrusion 56 provided on the flange 26a and protruding relative to the front abutment surface 36.
