Summary:The invention relates to a clip for connecting a low-current device that is connected to earth to the conducting bar of a gas insulated substation, said clip being manoeuvrable when switched off for disconnecting the device with a view to a test of the substation. The fastening clip comprises: - an electrode (13) to be connected to the device which carries a contactor (13) movable in rotation between a closed position in which it extends said electrode (13) to bear against a terminal (4) of the conducting bar and an open position in which it is separated from said terminal of the conducting bar; - a housing portion (8) surrounding the electrode (13) and the movable contactor (16); - an arm (19) linked to the movable contactor (16) and passing through the housing portion (8) in order to manoeuvre the movable contactor (16) from the outside.
