Summary:A drop in visibility of display information is prevented while securing a clear view outside a vehicle. A display information extracting unit (12) is configured to extract a particular portion from display information, which is displayed on a transmissive display provided in a vehicle, based on a color-by-color pixel count of the display information. A display information output unit (15) is configured to output to the transmissive display the display information in which the particular portion extracted by the display information extracting unit (12) has been changed in luminance.
