Summary:A pullout guide for domestic appliances or furniture has a first rail, a second rail and a third rail mounted to be movable in relation to one another. The third rail is fixed on a body and the first rail is connected to a thrust element. A locking mechanism is provided to lock the first rail against movement in relation to the second rail in a predetermined locking position. The locking mechanism has a locking element that is pre-tensioned in a springy manner in the predetermined locking position.
