The present products and methods relate to packaging and in particular to reclosable flexible flow-wrap packaging products and methods with a closure layer (label) over film having a line of weakness. The reclosable flexible film package comprises a sheet of flexible film forming a front panel (64) and a rear panel (66) with a fold (34) therebetween and seals forming a package interior. A score (38) is disposed in the flexible film of the front panel, the score defining a flap that exposes an opening when the flap is lifted from a remainder of the film. A top cut label extends from the front panel to the rear panel over the fold therebetween and a pressure sensitive adhesive is disposed between at least portions of the top cut label and the flexible film. The top cut label has a pair of tab (29) that extend on the rear panel (66), an intermediate edge between the tabs that is disposed on the front panel (64) a distance from the fold (34), and a pull tab (36) disposed on the front panel.
