Summary:A display device configured to display an image. The display device comprises a display panel (20a, 20b) and a cover (85, 86) disposed at a rear of the display panel (20a, 20b) to provide a structural support of the display panel (20a, 20b). There is also provided a frame (40a, 45) having an edging portion (44a) that surrounds a periphery of the display panel (20a) and a settling portion (41a) that is extended from the edging portion (44a) to be disposed between the display panel (20a) and the cover (85, 86). The settling portion (41a) comprises a flat plate-shaped protrusion extending from the edging portion (44a). There is also provided a driving unit (25) having a printed circuit board (28) that is electrically connected to the display panel (20a, 20b) and is positioned between the cover (85, 86) and the display panel (20a, 20b).
