Summary:A method implemented during a communication event between a plurality of user devices over a communication network, the method comprising: identifying a first co-operating element in a first message transmitted from one of said user devices; identifying a second co-operating element in a second message transmitted from one of said user devices; querying a memory to identify an action associated with the combination of the first and at least the second co-operating element; and transmitting a message to each of the plurality of user devices to cause delivery of the action using output means at the plurality of user devices.
