Summary:An end-rounding device and a method for smoothening and end-rounding bristle filament ends, for the use in brush heads, in particular toothbrush heads, is provided. Thereby, bristle filament ends can be provided which end-rounding quality shows a high homogeneity although more than one end is end-rounded in one step. Thus, the method and the device can be used for end-rounding of bigger bristle arrangements, such as bristle bunches comprising a multiple of filaments used for one bristle tuft.
