Summary:Provided is a method for measuring the concentration of a substance in a blood sample, comprising: supplying the blood sample to a biosensor comprising a hematocrit electrode for measuring a hematocrit value on the surface of which electrode an electrically conductive polymer is immobilized, a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode; measuring the value of a first current which flows when a voltage of 0 to 400 mV is applied to the working electrode, and calculating the concentration of the substance from the measured value of the first current; measuring the value of a second current which flows when a voltage of 400 to 800 mV is applied to the hematocrit electrode; and correcting the concentration of the substance with the value of the second current or the hematocrit value calculated from the value of the second current.
