Summary:The invention proposes a vortex generating arrangement (23), especially for a premixing burner of a gas turbine, comprising an air conducting channel (26) of predetermined height (h) extending between two essentially parallel channel walls (34, 35) and having a predetermined direction of air flow, and further comprising a plurality of vortex generators (27) arranged in said channel (26). An improved mixing is achieved by said vortex generators (27) each having the shape of a triangular plate, which is arranged essentially perpendicular to said channel walls (34, 35) and oriented relative to said direction of air flow with a predetermined off-axis angle ‰  0°, and a first side (27b) of said triangular plate being oriented perpendicular to said channel walls (34, 35).
