Summary: | The present invention aims to provide active energy ray-curable resin compositions for coating inorganic and/or organic substrates, wherein the compositions exhibit good adhesion to inorganic and organic substrates, high hardness, high weather resistance, and sufficient flexibility. The present invention provides active energy ray-curable resin compositions containing (A) a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing: (meth)acrylic copolymer; (B) a specific silane compound; and (C) a photoacid generator. The compositions may further contain (D) a compound having at least two (meth) acryloyl groups per molecule; and (E) a photoradical initiator. |
