Summary:An aspect of the present invention relates to a spectacle lens where at least one of an object-side surface and an eyeball-side surface has, in a lower region positioned downward from a fitting point or an optical center during use, reflection characteristics satisfying that: (1) a normal incidence average reflectance in a wavelength region of 400 to 500 nm is within a range of 1.0 to 15%; and (2) the normal incidence average reflectance is greater than a normal incidence average reflectance in the wavelength region of 400 to 500 nm in an upper region positioned upward from the lower region during use.
