Summary:A light sensor array device comprises a plurality of sensing elements arranged in an array mode to form a sensor array, and a comparator circuit connected with the sensing elements and capable of calculating the energy states of the sensing elements; the light sensor array device is provided with a laser-like light source and a control circuit; the control circuit can obtain the energy signals of the plurality of sensing elements and judge the energy difference of surface reflection-resulting space interferences; by means of the adjustment for light source intensity as well as a compensation mechanism created in concert with exposure time adjustment, the light sensor array device can adapt to surfaces in most cases.
