Summary:A device is described which is configured to: - obtain an estimation of a network performance score for a communication device (1101), said network performance score representing the performance the communication device (1101) would experience if it was connected to the core network (1100) via an access node (1104) other than an aggregator (1102); and - obtain a communication device specific factor to be added to the estimated network performance score to reach a target network performance score, wherein the target network performance score is for controlling a performance score of the communication device (1101) when connected to an aggregator (1102).
